Please note that every product listing automatically holds a Basic License.
HOW WOULD YOU USE GRAPHICS?
Read below what type of license you need for your case.
CASE 1: AS PART OF A GREATER DESIGN
In this case End Products are significantly different from the original designs.
Type of license to purchase: Basic License (is included in every product listing) or Commercial License (has to be purchased together with a product listing).
CASE 2: IN A STANDALONE MANNER
In this case original designs can be used ‘as is’ in your End Products.
Type of license to purchase: Enhanced Commercial License (has to be purchased together with a product listing).
You can also use graphics in a standalone manner for personal needs with Basic License (included in every product listing).
LICENSES
BASIC LICENSE
Basic License is included in every product listing.
Allows personal use and commercial use with up to 500 lifetime sales of your End Product using graphics licensed from eclosque.com.
You are not allowed to use graphics “as is”, in a standalone manner for End Products for commercial use, please purchase Enhanced Commercial License instead in this case.
You are allowed to use graphics in a standalone manner for personal needs.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Allows commercial use with up to 5000 lifetime sales of your End Product using graphics licensed from eclosque.com.
Commercial License has to be purchased together with a product listing.
You are not allowed to use graphics “as is”, in a standalone manner for End Products, please purchase Enhanced Commercial License instead in this case.
Please note that you would need to purchase a Commercial License from a separate listing.
For each product you would need to buy another Commercial License from the same listing.
Another Commercial License has to be purchased if you would need to sell another 5000 units of End Product. End Product units are cumulative in this case.
ENHANCED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Allows commercial use with up to 5000 lifetime sales of your End Product using graphics licensed from eclosque.com.
You are also allowed to use graphics “as is”, in a standalone manner for End Products.
Enhanced Commercial License has to be purchased together with a product listing.
Please note that you would need to purchase Enhanced Commercial License from a separate listing.
For each product you would need to buy another Enhanced Commercial License from the same listing.
Another Enhanced Commercial License has to be purchased if you would need to sell another 5000 units of End Product. End Product units are cumulative in this case.
Please note that selling at print on demand and stock image websites as well as claiming copyright of graphics or designs using licensed graphics is not allowed with any license.
TERMS OF USE:
You may use licensed graphics for personal use however you want or as a part of a greater design for commercial use (e.g in stationery, logos, website, social media, in promotional materials, physical product, art print, wedding stationery or signage, packaging and other design projects).
An End Product is a product created using the graphic pack(s) licensed on eclosque.com.
It is prohibited to sublicense, share, distribute, resell original files of graphic products or their derivatives licensed on eclosque.com.
Please be sure original files can’t be extracted from your digital products by third parties.
It is not allowed to use licensed graphics ‘as is’, in a standalone manner (e.g art print with just a background and no other design elements or alterations) with Basic (if used commercially) and Commercial licenses. Please purchase Enhanced Commercial (up to 5000 End Product sales) that allows to use graphics in a standalone manner.
With Basic (if used for commercial needs) and Commercial licenses your End Products must be significantly different from the original designs & require time, effort, and skill to produce (e.g. combined with other design elements, altered in colour, opacity, used with text etc.).
It is not allowed to use licensed graphics for selling designs at print on demand and stock image websites.
It is not allowed to claim copyright or authorship of licensed graphic products.
COPYRIGHT
Please note that all graphic products are sole property of Anastasija Panfilova and are held under copyright even after licensing a graphics product.
